Research purposes only
All products are sold exclusively for research purposes and laboratory use (Research Use Only). They are not medicines, dietary supplements or foods, and are not approved for use on humans or animals. By ordering, you confirm that the products will be used for research only, handled responsibly, and never ingested by or administered to humans or animals.
Who you are buying from
The ArcticAmino online shop is operated by Icelandic Trading, which is the seller and contracting party for all orders on arcticamino.com.
No returns
We do not accept returns. Because of the nature of the products, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once the order has been shipped. If you are unsure what you need, contact us before you order.
Ordering and payment
You first send an order. We confirm stock, batch and the total amount, and provide payment details. The order is packed and shipped once the payment has been registered.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the products are stored, handled and used responsibly and in accordance with applicable regulations. ArcticAmino is not responsible for any use beyond what the products are intended for.
Countries we deliver to
We deliver to Norway, all EU countries, Iceland and the Faroe Islands. The country you choose at checkout determines the currency, the shipping and what information we ask for.
Prices, VAT and customs
Prices are stated excluding value added tax. For delivery outside Norway, you are the importer and are yourself responsible for import VAT, customs duty and other charges in the country of delivery. This also applies to delivery to EU countries.
Iceland and the Faroe Islands are outside the EU VAT area. There, the carrier may also charge customs duty and a customs clearance fee before the parcel is delivered.
